2. Cancellations

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, cancellations will not result in a refund. We encourage clients to carefully review all booking details before completing their payment.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases solely at the discretion of Taxi Limassol Pro, such as:

– Duplicate payments due to technical error.

– Service non-fulfillment directly caused by Taxi Limassol Pro. This does not include cases where the client:

– Made a mistake during verbal booking by phone.
– Entered incorrect details electronically through our online booking app.
– Was unfair or uncooperative with our service.
– Failed to show up at the designated pickup point within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.
– Provided inaccurate or incomplete location details, either through the app or verbally.
– Booked a taxi through our online booking platform 15 to 20 minutes before the desired pickup time and expected immediate availability and confirmation — this is not a valid reason for a refund.
– Engaged in any similar actions that prevent the successful execution of the service.

– Clients who pre-order a trip via our online booking application at https://taxi-limassol.pro/online-booking/ (https://taxi-limassol.pro/online-booking/) and provide sufficient notice for us to plan accordingly. Specifically, for a trip to be considered for a refund, the cancellation must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled trip through our online booking platform and confirmed by a direct phone call to +35799841149. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively, ensuring we have time to adjust and accommodate other clients.

Important:

Taxi Limassol Pro is the only taxi service providing 24/7 online booking services. This means we incur higher operational costs to maintain staff availability at all hours, ensuring prompt and reliable service for our clients. As such, even if a trip is not executed due to any of the client-related reasons mentioned above, payments will not be refunded. Instead, they will be considered a service fee for our staff who are on duty, ensuring their time and efforts are respected. This prevents unnecessary strain on our team and allows us to focus on serving other clients who rely on our services.

Only direct notice via phone call to +35799841149 will be considered as valid notice for us to even have the minimum consideration for a refund. Other forms of communication, including emails or contact form submissions, will not be accepted for this purpose.

4. Payment Disputes
