This Refund Policy governs all bookings made through the Taxi Limassol Pro Online Booking Platform. By booking a service and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined below.
⚖️ Legal Compliance – Cyprus & EU Consumer Law
As an EU-based transport service provider, we comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which differentiates between goods and services:

Transport services, including taxis, are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Therefore, we are not legally required to offer refunds for cancellations.

We clearly inform every customer during the booking process that:

Cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
Customers must accept these terms to proceed with booking. Below is a summary of our strict, yet lawful and fair, refund policy.
Down below is a picture and what every customer will find during their checkout via our Online Booking application. If the customer by any means does not agree with the first agreement, the system will not let the customer to proceed to Payments, as it’s required to be chosen. . Therefore every customer must agree before making payment.

1. 🚫 All Sales Are Final
All bookings are final once confirmed and paid. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, unless explicitly stated under “Limited Exceptions.”
By submitting payment, you agree that:

Your transaction is non-refundable.

You waive any right to dispute the charge due to scheduling issues, dissatisfaction, or personal error.
2. ❌ No Refund for Cancellations
Once you’ve submitted a booking and payment has been processed (via Stripe), your reservation is confirmed. Cancellations will not result in a refund, regardless of how or when they are submitted.
Please double-check all booking details (pickup/drop-off location, time, date, contact number) before paying.
3. 🎯 Limited Exceptions (Taxi Limassol Pro’s Discretion)
Refunds may only be issued in the following rare cases, subject to our internal review:

Duplicate payment caused by a technical issue.

Booking canceletion at least 48 hours before the time of the actual trip. ( Option is only available for regular clients who use our services on daily bases ).
Refunds will not be granted if the issue was caused by:

Incorrect pickup or drop-off details entered by the client.

Client no-show or late arrival.
-
Miscommunication over the phone.
-
Unrealistic last-minute expectations.
-
Disruptive or uncooperative behavior.
4. 📞 Advance Cancellations (No Refunds)
You may cancel your booking by phone at least 2 hours in advance at +357 99841149. While we appreciate the notice, no refund will be issued.
In some cases, a voucher/coupon is issued as a booking credit for future use may be offered at our sole discretion.
5. 💼 Operational Costs & Service Commitment
Taxi Limassol Pro maintains a 24/7 booking system and live customer support. Payments help sustain our staffing, systems, and readiness—even if the service is not used due to client-side errors.
6. ⚠️ Chargebacks & Dispute Policy
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at info@taxi-limassol.pro.
Unfounded chargebacks or fraudulent claims will result in a permanent ban from our services and may be legally contested.
7. ✅ Acceptance of Terms
By completing payment, you:
